Règles et règlements

Règlements du tirage moitié-moitié – CS Saint-Laurent

Le tirage moitié-moitié est organisé par le CS Saint-Laurent dans le cadre d’une levée de fonds axée sur la Coupe du monde FIFA 2026.
Les participants peuvent acheter des billets selon les options suivantes :
- 1 billet : 20 $
- 2 billets : 30 $
- 5 billets : 50 $
- 20 billets : 100 $

Lors de l’achat, chaque participant doit sélectionner le pays qu’il croit remportera la Coupe du monde.
Un seul pays peut être sélectionné par transaction. Tous les billets achetés dans une même transaction seront automatiquement associés au même pays choisi. Par exemple, un achat de 20 billets donne droit à 20 entrées pour un seul et même pays.
Les participants désirant sélectionner plusieurs pays devront effectuer des transactions distinctes pour chaque pays sélectionné.
Seuls les participants ayant sélectionné le pays gagnant seront admissibles au tirage final.
Chaque billet acheté représente une (1) entrée distincte au tirage. Par exemple, une personne achetant 20 billets obtient 20 entrées au tirage.
Le tirage aura lieu le 1er août 2026.
Le gagnant recevra cinquante pour cent (50 %) du montant total recueilli dans le cadre du tirage. L’autre cinquante pour cent (50 %) sera remis au CS Saint-Laurent.
Les participants doivent être âgés de 18 ans ou plus au moment de l’achat des billets.
Toutes les ventes sont finales. Aucun remboursement ne sera accordé une fois la transaction complétée.
En achetant un ou plusieurs billets, les participants acceptent les présents règlements et les décisions des organisateurs, lesquelles sont finales et sans appel.
Le CS Saint-Laurent se réserve le droit de modifier les présents règlements ou d’annuler le tirage si des circonstances hors de son contrôle l’exigent.

Rules & Regulations

50/50 Draw Rules – CS Saint-Laurent

The 50/50 draw is organized by CS Saint-Laurent as part of a fundraising initiative focused on the FIFA World Cup 2026.
Participants may purchase tickets according to the following options:
- 1 ticket: $20
- 2 tickets: $30
- 5 tickets: $50
- 20 tickets: $100

At the time of purchase, each participant must select the country they believe will win the World Cup.
Only one country may be selected per transaction. All tickets purchased within the same transaction will automatically be associated with the same selected country. For example, a purchase of 20 tickets provides 20 entries for one single country only.
Participants wishing to select multiple countries must complete separate transactions for each selected country.
Only participants who selected the winning country will be eligible for the final draw.
Each ticket purchased represents one (1) entry into the draw. For example, a person purchasing 20 tickets will receive 20 entries in the draw.
The draw will take place on August 1, 2026.
The winner will receive fifty percent (50%) of the total funds collected through the draw. The remaining fifty percent (50%) will be allocated to CS Saint-Laurent.
Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of ticket purchase.
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a transaction has been completed.
By purchasing one or more tickets, participants agree to these rules and to all decisions made by the organizers, which shall be final and binding.
CS Saint-Laurent reserves the right to modify these rules or cancel the draw should circumstances beyond its control require it.
